FAQs
What time does service start?
1
Our service begins at 10am on Sunday mornings. We offer an energetic, modern worship experience that typically lasts around 90 minutes.
What do people wear to service?
2
Come as you are! We want people to dress comfortably! You will find a wide variety of styles, from casual, to business casual, to their Sunday’s Best!
What happens during service?
3
The service typically begins with music and a welcome, followed by a word from our Pastor. The style of music is contemporary, but we have a broad range that appeals to a multi-ethnic and multi-generational congregation!
On first Sundays we take communion as a reminder of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross for our sins. This is open to all believers who have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, you do NOT have to be a member of Now Church.
You will hear a message from God through the preaching of the Word. In God’s Word we can find encouragement, conviction of sin, hope, amongst many other things; our desire is to preach from the Word and to help point you to ways to practically apply these powerful and relevant Words to your daily life!
Is there Children’s Church?
4
Yes! We have a strong children’s ministry that provides programming for ages up to 5th Grade every Sunday at 10am. Our children’s ministry volunteers lead in fun and interactive lessons that engage your children in learning the foundational truths of who Jesus is and how much God loves them!
All volunteers who service in Children’s Ministry have background checks done before being commissioned to serve.
Each child will check in through our check-in system, which ensures we account for each child, from the time they are dropped off until they are picked up by an authorized person. This system is also in place in case of emergencies and if there is a need to contact the guardian.
The initial setup will take a few extra minutes, so we would encourage you to show up a few minutes early to make sure we can get you in to service on time!
